On Friday, Jan. 25, 2008, I wasn’t in class because I had to take my baby girl to the doctor for her appointment. She had to get three shots and some liquid that she had to drink. I felt so bad when she was getting her shots because she was crying really loud and there wasn’t anything I can do for her right away. When the nurse left the room, my boyfriend and I just gave her the bottle and she stopped crying. When we took her home we gave her some Infants’ Tylenol and she fell fast asleep. She slept about the whole day which was good because she didn’t have to feel the soreness of her legs. Today she is doing fine and is still her silly little self. :]

If I was to get dumped I’ll admitt that it would be hard because I have been with my boyfriend for over a year and I have had a child by him. I would be hurt bad and probably go crazy, but I know for sure that I wouldn’t commit a murder/suicide. I can’t see life with my daughter hurting because her mom killed herself and/or her father. What kind of mother would I be if I was to do that? He is the father of my child whether we break up or stay together so I would have to stay strong for my child as a mother and learn to live with the fact that sometimes love doesn’t last forever. I really don’t understand why a spouse would kill their lover if they “love” them.

In this situation I think that people handle it in different ways. Me speeking from personal experience, sure I get mad and I’m hurt for a couple days but I also know that it’s best just to let the relationship go, I don’t really see the need to cause any fights or drama the way most girls do. I also don’t see the point in crying for the other person because chances are they’re probably not even thinking about you especially if they’re a guy, in my experience anyway, I learned that the hard way and to tell you the truth I don’t regret that relationship because it’s helped me understand when it’s time to let the past go, and I think I’ve become a better girlfriend because of that relationship.

All of this week I have been working on my college essays and scholarship essays. Some of them are due February 1st which is nerve-wrecking. I am almost done with the college essay, I just have a little bit more of editing and revising to do. I am so psyched about going to college. Well I got a new puppy and we named him Buddy. He’s really cute but annoying! The past two nights he hasn’t let me sleep that good I just wanted to throw him out. It’s funny watching him and my other dog play because my big dog always runs away from the puppy. My big dog is scared of any other dog that we bring into the house. Unless the dog is about ten feet away then she will act as if she’s tough.
today is like one of the best days i have had in a long time, texting the valentine going out with her friday to the movies it should be funn.

Sometimes it can be good and sometimes bad depending on whaty your reason is.

I was selfish when my grandmother and grandfather were dying and I didn’t want them to go. I was being selfish because I wanted them to stay here with me. I’m not sure if I’ve really been selfish latly, I’m not really that kind of person who just thinks about himself.

The best birthday present I have ever recieved…the best birthday present I have ever recieved would have to be this years presents which were the Rob and Big dvds from my brother’s girlfriend and the fact that since I’m 18 I can get my driving license and drive, which I think is best birthday gift any teenager can get. I mean I’ve been driving without a license since I was 15 so it doesn’t really make a difference but now I can drive legally which means I can take the car out to parties and pick up my friends and just hang out and not worry about anyone having to drop me off or pick me up because I’ll be my own ride…:)

Today is just another day here at school, I don’t really have much to write about really this morning has been kind of boring,I just want to say that I hope as the day goes on it gets more interesting because right now it’s pretty boring…:(

Finally I get to blog. My computer was taking forever.
Well today I’m going to take a group picture with my friends hopefully they can make it during first lunch. Two of the people that were in our group to take the picture backed out. I really don’t know why, but it’s okay because mostly everyone is taking it. We all decided to either wear red or black because those are the only colors everyone agreed on. I hope the picture comes out nice.

Some people feel that the public school system does not adequately prepare students for the real world. Identify one improvement you think schools need to make in order to better prepare students for life after high school.
They need to help the students by helping them get an idea of how the real world would treat them. And also get them ready for college. Because some students will have it really easy during highschool that they’ll expect it to be really easy in a job or in college.

to prepare the students for the reall world is to show them the good and the bad things about the reall world like more stuff about the drugs that are being sold and what the permanent effects could do to you and also what the drugs can cause you to do. also the alcohol and what that makes you go through, i think there should be experiments to show the students what its like to be drunk and stuff like that except without the actual alcohol

Personally I think the only people that should be in school are the people that want to be in school. There is no point in having people here that don’t want to be here it just a waste of time and space. So the only change I think that should be made is the administrators should be more strict on who they let in school, but other than that I like public school.

i had the best weekend ever. it all started by going to the movies with my girl friends then we went to go eat at wataburger. after that we went to the hemisphere park and looked around. on sunday we also got together for breakfast and layed back all day.
This weekend was a lazy weekend for me. I just went to the mall and that’s about it. I was planning on going to the movies but i’ll go next weekend.
Well today is monday so back to school work but at least i had a good weekend. I skated at cuellar on friday night. Relaxed and did nothing on saturday and went to the movies on sunday.We went to go see “one missed call”.It came out like two weeks ago but i wanted to see it so yeah.It was actually a good movies but also a little confusing but i got it, it was great. But of course back to school to the usual boring things.

On Friday, Jan. 25, 2008, I wasn’t in class because I had to take my baby girl to the doctor for her appointment. She had to get three shots and some liquid that she had to drink. I felt so bad when she was getting her shots because she was crying really loud and there wasn’t anything I can do for her right away. When the nurse left the room, my boyfriend and I just gave her the bottle and she stopped crying. When we took her home we gave her some Infants’ Tylenol and she fell fast asleep. She slept about the whole day which was good because she didn’t have to feel the soreness of her legs. Today she is doing fine and is still her silly little self. :]
well today i hope i have a very fun day….. and i just want to make a shout out to my girl regina my boy stevie and my boi johnathan….. saying to all of you that i live you guys …… oh and you too mr. ellison… well all you you are invited too a debu i’m going to stand in on febuary 9th @ san martin hall @ 6:00-7:30 is the dinner and @ 7:30-12:00 is the dance ….. the theme is lowriders…. so hope all you maxicans go and see your girl dance…
Today I want to actually join baseball, so I have to get a physical paper after school.
My weekend was okay, didn’t really do much but go to manyo’s house, I went to church also.
There was a fight last period, didn’t see or know anything much about it, just that the principals running down the hall.
I also did a presentation on skyscrapers and I think we did an okay job.
I don’t really know what else to say.
Ok my weekend wasnt that good at all but I still have strength to go on just need to try harder and change if I want Her to love me “AGIN”.
To start off this blog my weekend was okay, this weekend I basically spent it with my family. Saturday I saw the movie untracable with my brother and his girlfriend, it was pretty good I liked it and yesterday I was just outside all day playing softball and laughing with my family.
on Friday we had our first baseball practice there was alot of freshmen.This weekend i didn’t do nothing i just stayed home.my plans for this week are to go to practice and the weekend do more than i did on this weekend but other than being at home my weekend was good……..
well well well my weekend was filled with what it always is, theres a bit of everything. boredom, excitement, laughter i think and movies. i finally saw the bee movie the other day and there was one scene i thought was kinda crazy and it involved a loveable little chuby bear called pooh. for eating what the bees “owned” he was tranked while piglet stood by hepless and confused. thats the part i laughed at most. i went over to my bros just to hang for the day on sat. i jumped on a trampoline but that wasnt for too long cause i over shot on one of my jumps and fliped off and my left side of my face still hurts
My weekend turned out pretty good, I switched over to Dish..
Saturday I woke up pretty early and didn’t get to sleep in
Sunday I went go see the movie First Sunday it was pretty funny..
and thats all i did over my weekend that didn’t last long :/

The way that I handle my emotions is I don’t really think of much of it except just to move on.
a good way to deal with those strong emotions is to find some one you trust and talk the problem out. another thing you can do is look for another partner to try to replace that person who dumped you.
In a situation where you get dumped, how do you or would you handle those strong emotions?
In order to maybe get those strong emotions out without getting out of control i would have to say i would probably just go box and hit some punching bag to get out all my anger or sadness. I wouldn’t want to end up punching someone or going all psycho on someone.
In the case that I would get dumped I wouldn’t do anything crazy.I probably would try to be friends with guy or if he really got me mad I just wouldn’t talk to him. I think the people who try to hurt them are over reacting.
ok! if i was dumped i would NOT do anyting drastic. relationships come and so. people fall in and out of love fast. i’de try to stay his friend and if that didnt work out,then thats the end of it.
it really depends what emotion you have like with anger. i would go to the gym and just relive that stress or anger,or with sadness you just try to take your mind of it and focus on something else that some of the ways i would deal with some emotions……..

If I was to get dumped I’ll admitt that it would be hard because I have been with my boyfriend for over a year and I have had a child by him. I would be hurt bad and probably go crazy, but I know for sure that I wouldn’t commit a murder/suicide. I can’t see life with my daughter hurting because her mom killed herself and/or her father. What kind of mother would I be if I was to do that? He is the father of my child whether we break up or stay together so I would have to stay strong for my child as a mother and learn to live with the fact that sometimes love doesn’t last forever. I really don’t understand why a spouse would kill their lover if they “love” them.

In this situation I think that people handle it in different ways. Me speeking from personal experience, sure I get mad and I’m hurt for a couple days but I also know that it’s best just to let the relationship go, I don’t really see the need to cause any fights or drama the way most girls do. I also don’t see the point in crying for the other person because chances are they’re probably not even thinking about you especially if they’re a guy, in my experience anyway, I learned that the hard way and to tell you the truth I don’t regret that relationship because it’s helped me understand when it’s time to let the past go, and I think I’ve become a better girlfriend because of that relationship.
I would handle gettiing kind of i guess you can say ok but not realy like I would get depressed and not eat for long time but i will not go SYCO like other people.

All of this week I have been working on my college essays and scholarship essays. Some of them are due February 1st which is nerve-wrecking. I am almost done with the college essay, I just have a little bit more of editing and revising to do. I am so psyched about going to college. I am hoping that I get accepted into Texas State University at San Marcos. I am hoping Mr. Ellison will let me go to the Go Center today so I can hurry and finsh up my essays. I am scared to be denied going to college because of my essay or my attendance. But so far I think I am doing a really good job on the essay part.
i am so tired today that i have been falling asleep all morning. i dont know why i wake up like this i think its the weather or something. This weather is crazy.

Yesterday I went to go get my physical and the doctor made me cough.

Well I got a new puppy and we named him Buddy. He’s really cute but annoying! The past two nights he hasn’t let me sleep that good I just wanted to throw him out. It’s funny watching him and my other dog play because my big dog always runs away from the puppy. My big dog is scared of any other dog that we bring into the house. Unless the dog is about ten feet away then she will act as if she’s tough.
today is like one of the best days i have had in a long time, texting the valentine going out with her friday to the movies it should be funn.

Sometimes selfishness can be natural in all of us even when we dont know were being selfish. For example your eating some candy you like your brother or sister ask for some and you say no. Thats being selfish but you dont notice that. I have probably been selfish by not sharing some chips I had and I didnt want to share them. Sometimes it can be good and sometimes bad depending on whaty your reason is.
i think selfishness is a natural characteristic that we have because every one does iteven if they dont notice it. i have been selfish before and i dont think its a good thing to be selfish. it only makes people feel bad.
Well I think that in one point of everyones life they have been selfish. It’s an imperfection that we all have. I have been selfish before but I don’t want to be selfish. I don’t think that’s a quality that i would like to have. It’s wrong to be selfish because we should all try to be polite and share and if we have a good reason not to share just tell them.
I do think that selfishness is a natural characteristic in all of us all though some show it more than others. There a were a few times when I had caught myself being selfish. I was selfish when my grandmother and grandfather were dying and I didn’t want them to go. I was being selfish because I wanted them to stay here with me. I really don’t think it is good to be selfish because sometimes selfishness can get the best of you and make you do crazy things.
I’m not sure if I’ve really been selfish latly, I’m not really that kind of person who just thinks about himself.

Yesterday was the scariest day, sort of. I had to send my final transcripts and essay to Texas A&M and St. Mary’s University.I am so nervous. I hope I get accepted to one of them. Then again I really want to get accepted to Texas State University @ San Marcos. I might find out if I’ve been accepted in March or April. My information to them had to be sent out by Feb. 1st. I guess now all I have to do is wait.

This just makes me think about when I turn sixteen because that’s when I can start driving. I’m so excited. I’m trying to find a truck that I like that’s between the price range my parents have for me. No matter what I get I want a truck. well i can say the best thing i ever got for my b-day was my first guitar it was a black ibanez i dont remember the exact model but i liked it and i got a big amp to go with it. it broke cuase i droped it from the top of my roof cause thats where i was playing. well now i have a better guitar and dont miss the other one at all.
The best birthday present I have ever recieved…the best birthday present I have ever recieved would have to be this years presents which were the Rob and Big dvds from my brother’s girlfriend and the fact that since I’m 18 I can get my driving license and drive, which I think is best birthday gift any teenager can get. I mean I’ve been driving without a license since I was 15 so it doesn’t really make a difference but now I can drive legally which means I can take the car out to parties and pick up my friends and just hang out and not worry about anyone having to drop me off or pick me up because I’ll be my own ride…:)

today was a good day doing all my work not going to sleep in class but still have alot of things to do afters school going to the weigth room and the going home to do some missing work.
Man this sucks. I have never skateboarded on ramps and yesterday that I went to Cuellar park to skate at the little skatepark I fell. But its all good. Thats how we learn. I scraped my arm and also hurt it plus my leg has been hurt so I messed up my leg more. But either way I’ll probably go today again because I want to get good at skating and I can’t get good if i dont try.
Today is just another day here at school, I don’t really have much to write about really this morning has been kind of boring,I just want to say that I hope as the day goes on it gets more interesting because right now it’s pretty boring…:(
yeaterday was fun i had practice then went home ate
some food then got on myspace then took a shower
then started talking on the phone to julissa then went to
sleep and to day we hve our first practice game aganist central.
man today is the most boring day of the week. i hate coming to school on tuesdays because for some reason i always wake up tired and i always fall asleep in class. tuesdays should be holidays.
Finally I get to blog. My computer was taking forever.
Well today I’m going to take a group picture with my friends hopefully they can make it during first lunch. Two of the people that were in our group to take the picture backed out. I really don’t know why, but it’s okay because mostly everyone is taking it. We all decided to either wear red or black because those are the only colors everyone agreed on. I hope the picture comes out nice.
Man today I had very great morring to start off my day not tring to jinx myself but me and my girlfriend hav fought in about a goodweek and Im feeling good.
Today is our first scrimage, I hope I get to play, I really hope I don’t strike out.
Other than that my computer is missed up and in my last period we watched “The grapes of wrath” which is an okay movie.
Some people feel that the public school system does not adequately prepare students for the real world. Identify one improvement you think schools need to make in order to better prepare students for life after high school.
They need to help the students by helping them get an idea of how the real world would treat them. And also get them ready for college. Because some students will have it really easy during highschool that they’ll expect it to be really easy in a job or in college.
(Not to be mean) but, l think there should be an improvement in the Avid classes. It should be more structured and the teachers should treat the students more like grown ups like in the real world. Preparing students for college is something that would help them realize what the real world is going to be like.
I honestly think that the public schools are doing all they can to prepare us for life after high school. Everything depends on the students, whether or not they will go for all the things that the schools offer.
i think teachers should stop teaching us things that we dont need in the real world and start teaching us things we do need to know.
one way they could help is to give the students more freedom and things that they have to do on their own so they can get prepared for the real world
I struck out yesterday.
I feel that me don’t really need any help, but I think it would be better if assignments were on the computer so it will give us as much time as we need to learn about what were doing.
to prepare the students for the reall world is to show them the good and the bad things about the reall world like more stuff about the drugs that are being sold and what the permanent effects could do to you and also what the drugs can cause you to do. also the alcohol and what that makes you go through, i think there should be experiments to show the students what its like to be drunk and stuff like that except without the actual alcohol
Personally I think the only people that should be in school are the people that want to be in school. There is no point in having people here that don’t want to be here it just a waste of time and space. So the only change I think that should be made is the administrators should be more strict on who they let in school, but other than that I like public school.
